First Sunday of the month, so that means it's time for the No Bananas 5K race along the Freeman Trail in Chelmsford, organized by Ruth Whalen-Crockett. A good crowd this time around, as the weather finally cooperated. Photos courtesy of

hmmm, I think she was a DNF. Still a fun time with a great group!
